Fifteen To Go
I need to loose weight! This is just a blog to motivate me - and maybe others! xx
PLEASE HELP

So I’m currently 65 kilos…yes it’s not a ‘heavy’ weight but I’m short and do have a small frame so that basically means the fat is visible everywhere! That means double chin, fat arms, massive thighs and a muffin top. 

In ten weeks I’m going away to Fiji and really want to shed the kilos, not even that - just the inches to have a nice body for fiji…that bikini body! 

I’m not sure how much weight I’d need to loose to have a flat stomach but my goal at the moment is about 5-10 kilos so either 1 kilo a week or 0.5 kilos a week. 

Exercise: 30 minutes of brisk walking, Yoga for 30 minutes, Strength exercises for 30 minutes, one-minute intervals of walking and jogging for 20 minutes, a quick workout: 10 push ups, 10 sit ups, 30 second plank, 20 squats and 30 star jumps (repeat this three times), then 20 high knees, 10 butt kickers, 30 jumping jacks, 1 minute of running, 80 jumping jacks, 10 butt kickers and 20 high knees, 20 minute dog walking and that’s about it! 

Food: 
Breakfast = 1 Banana and 2 Eggs 
Lunch = A sandwich with wholemeal grain bread, spinach, cucumber, capsicum, smoked ham and cheese (small amount) 
Snack = A small yoghurt - 97% fat free and 20 almonds 
Dinner = Whatever mum cooks - protein and vegetables every night. 


If I follow this for two weeks, then change it, then change it back but still keep it healthy and full of exercise how much weight do you think I could loose? Also, any tips to lose more?

only 1-2 pound difference! This is after 2 weeks of going to the gym at least 4 days a week and attempting to eat healthy. i am sooooo happy to see results.

hiya, update!!!

I was good, for a week or so.
I went super depressed/emo for liek the last few weeks - have not been well! My diet and exercise went down the drain as well as my mental state
TOMORROW I am starting all over again, I was wondering if you guys could maybe imbox me some tips, advice or just soemthing friendly for encouragement to wake up to in the morning - it would mean, so much.
